What StackFacts Is

StackFacts is a SaaS platform that generates technology positioning intelligence for enterprise sales teams. Our primary product, Full Stack Landscape, uses AI to map account technology footprints and produce positioning plays, partner entry points, and discovery questions.

StackFacts outputs are AI-assisted guidance. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or guaranteed-accurate representations of any company's technology stack. You are responsible for validating all outputs with your customers directly.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted
• You may delete your account at any time from the settings page

Billing and Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 landscapes per month, no payment required
• Pro tier: $299/year (launch pricing for the first 20 customers), then $499/year. Billed annually via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal in your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@stackfacts.co

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label StackFacts outputs
• Use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access

Intellectual Property

• We own: The StackFacts platform, Full Stack Landscape methodology, Morgan intelligence engine, and all associated branding
• You own: The data you input (account names, stack information, company context) and may use generated outputs for your internal business purposes

Data Handling

We store the account names, technology stack data, and company context you provide in order to generate and save your landscapes. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond your email address and name. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disclaimers and Liability

• StackFacts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before acting on any output
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
